New in alopecia, baldness or common hair loss.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Mesotherapy with Dutasteride<\/strong> and the appearance of<strong> LED lamps for home use<\/strong> are the latest developments in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in both men and women. These new treatments are added to existing treatments to combat common baldness or androgenetic alopecia, which is one of the most frequent causes of consultation with the dermatologist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Androgenetic alopecia, or common baldness<\/strong>, is the most common form of alopecia and affects both men and women. It is due to the effect of hormones (androgens) on the hair root, which act by blocking their growth and causing them to become thinner each time. Unlike what many people think, in common baldness there does not have to be a greater hair loss. What happens is that with each capillary cycle where a new hair is formed, which pushes the previous one from below, and makes it fall, the new hair is thinner. Over the years, cycles are repeated, which make the hair thinner and thinner and become a microscopic hair that can not be seen.<\/p>\n<p>The treatments for common baldness have evolved a lot in recent years.<\/p>\n<h2>CLASSIC TREATMENTS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Minoxidil<\/strong> in a treatment that has been on the market for many years, and its effectiveness is moderate, and varies greatly depending on each person. Transplant techniques have evolved and improved a lot in recent years. This was very impractical, and it came out very expensive. The great novelty is the creation of LED lamps for home use in the form of a cap, which is applied for about 10min between 3-7 days a week.
